Community Services Coordinator was written by Philip M. White. Designed for universities, this web application helps a community to become more self-sustaining, allowing its members to offer various skills and services to other community members at supposedly reduced prices and a higher level of trust. These are the six main aspects of the program:
Community Services Coordinator was conceptualized and designed with Craigslist in mind—simple software that effectively fulfills a social need. Community Services Coordinator tries to be fully compliant with the XHTML 1.0 Strict specification, providing great accessibility on numerous platforms.
Every university (or other community) is encouraged to implement this on their computer network.

The latest public version of Community Services Coordinator is 1.0 alpha. Download it and verify its GPG signature.
This version (1.0 alpha) is very dated. Comet Cartel runs a much newer and improved version, but since I keep making major and minor changes to it, I don't feel ready to make a new public release, despite the fact that it fixes many bugs. If you want the newer version, contact me and I'll be persuaded to release it.
To implement this software, you must have PHP 4 or higher and PostgreSQL 7 or higher installed.
Please go to this software's SourceForge project page and file a support request. It will be promptly resolved.
